22 Oreo cookies (16 whole & 6 chopped)
2 8oz packages of cream cheese
½ cup sugar
½ tsp vanilla
2 large eggs
½ cup sour cream
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275 degrees
Line muffin tin with cupcake liners (16)
Place 1 whole Oreo at bottom of each liner
Beat cream cheese on medium speed gradually adding sugar and vanilla, mix well
Add eggs until combined
Add in sour cream and salt, mix well
Stir in chopped cookies by hand
Pour batter into prepared tins, filling almost to the top
Bake for 15 minutes, then rotate pans
Bake for another 10 minutes or until filling is set
Cool pans on wire rack for 15 mins
Transfer to plate and chill for 4 hours
