2 tbsp butter
2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced
4 c beef broth
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Dash black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan melt butter; add onions. Cook, covered, over medium-low heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until onions are tender and golden, stirring occasionally. Stir in broth, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Serve with toasted French bread and melted Swiss cheese.
