Ingredients:  
1 large or 2 small jalapeno's, chopped fine
1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
1C brown sugar
1C white sugar
1 large egg, beaten

1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 C flour
3 C oats
1 C toffee chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream first four ingredients. Mix in egg.

In seperate bowl mix next three ingredients, then incorporate the oats and chips.

Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.

Shape into 1/2 dollar sized balls leaving room for cookies to spread.

Bake on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper 350º for 10 to 12 minutes, let cool to harden.
