Ingredients:  
4 onions, thickly sliced
Chicken bouillon cube
1/2 tsp dried dill.

Sauce
3 tbs butter
3 tbs flour
1 cup milk
1 cup white cheese of your choice
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Place onions in a large pot and cover with water.
Bring to boil.
Add a chicken bouillon cube and sprinkle with dill.
Cut off after boiling starts.
Let cool and add to 9x13 casserole dish.

Sauce
Melt butter in pan over medium heat
Add flour to butter to make a roux.
Add milk.
Stir while sauce thickens.
Add cheese a sherry. Stir until cheese melts.
Pour over onions. Add breadcrumbs on top if desired.
Bake for 20 minutes.
