3 c. apple cider vinegar
3 c. water
⅓ c. canning salt
Diced garlic
2 tsp. mustard seed per quart jar
fresh dill
pickling cucs

Directions:
Directions:
Bring vinegar, water and salt to boil. Put 4 hunks of diced garlic, 2 tsp. mustard and sprig of dill in bottom of quart jar. Pack with pickling cucs. Fill jar with hot mixture. Wipe off top of jar. Put on lid and ring. Put in water bath. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove jar and let cool. Wait at least 1 month before eating.
