Preheat oven to 375º F
3/4 stick butter, melted
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup buttermilk.
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 can sweetened coconut
1 frozen pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Using a stand or hand mixer, blend all ingredients.
Fill pie shell, unbaked.
Bake for 10 minutes and then reduce oven to 300º F and cook for an additional 30-45 minutes.
