180 cookies:
4 eggs
4 c. brown sugar
6 c. flour
1 c. shortening
1 T. soda
1 T. cream of tarter
1 T. salt
1 T. vanilla

90 cookies:
2 eggs
2 c. brown sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. cream of tarter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Form into a log with plastic wrap, refrigerate overnight.
Slice into thin layers, Grease pan. Bake 8 minutes at 350 degrees.

Rolls can be frozen or refrigerated for 3-4 days.
