1 cup margarine
2 beaten eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla or Almond flavoring

3 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Blend dry ingredients. Chill. Roll out dough.
Use cookie cutters to cut out dough. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. (Do not let cookies get brown.)
