1 regular box of chicken Rice-A-Roni 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup chopped green onions 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 1/2 tsp. curry 1 package (10 ounce) frozen peas 1/2 way thawed 2 cups canned mushroom stems and pieces
Prepare Rice-A-Roni per directions on box. Cool completely in refrigerator. Add rest rest of ingrediants and refrigerate.
