1/2 c Large Blanched Almonds - ground in food processor
(3/4 cup ground)
1/2 c Sugar - put in food processor
1/2 c stick unsalted butter
1 TB Flour
2 TB Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt Butter in a heavy pan
Add remaining ingredients
Cook until mixture pulls away from the pan
Drop tsp. of dough on to cookie sheet with parchment paper (use the double air cookie sheet)
8 cookies per sheet
6 - 7 mins.

2" - 10" round dish
Soften 2 pints of Vanilla ice cream - whipped
Layer cookies on bottom of dish
Whip layer of ice cream
layer cookies on top of ice cream
Use hot fudge heated and swirl over each piece
Cut like a piece of pie
