2 c white chocolate chips I use Ghirardelli
1 c salted peanuts
3-4 c La Choy chow mein noodles
Christmas sprinkles
Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in a large microwavable bowl according to bag instructions. Add peanuts and chow mein noodles.
Drop by rounded spoonful onto wax paper. Shake on sprinkles and allow to cool for several hours before removing them from the wax paper.
