1 cup Powder Sugar
1 cup Granulated sugar
1 cup Butter
1 cup Vegetable oil
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
4 cups Flour
4 Tbs Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cream of Tartar
1 tsp Soda
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar, butter and oil. Beat until light and fluffy. Then beat in Eggs. Sift dry ingredients and add to mix. Mix Well. Roll into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press down with glass dipped in sugar. Bake 10-12 minutes at 375°
