6 slices buttered bread, cubed
2 c diced rhubarb
3 eggs
1 c sugar
1/2 c half and half
1/2 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Cinnamon/sugar to sprinkle

Directions:
Directions:
Toss cubed bread and rhubarb together in a 1-1/2 qt. casserole. Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour over bread. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar. Bake in 350 oven 45-60 min.
