Ingredients: 1 Box of Mini Oreo cookies
Milk Chocolate Bark
Almond Bark
1 box mini Ritz with peanut butter

12 oz. melting wafers (white chocolate candy)
1/4 cup melting wafers (green candy)
1/4 cup melting wafers (red candy)
1/4 cup melting wafers (blue candy)

Directions: |
Directions:Directions the same for each type of cookie ( Ritz or Oreo)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt chocolate ( white or Choc) I use a plug in mini pot specific for melting candy melts.
Dip each cookie into the melted choc. Tap on the side of pot to allow the extra to fall into the pot. Place on cookie sheet to cool. Repeat until done with the chocolate or you run out of cookies.
Melt the other colors and decorate as desired. If you put the candy melts in disposable piping bags and place them in a closed oven with the light on.... the heat from the light will soften the candy melts so you can pipe your decorations on the cookies.

Notes: I dip half of each kind of cookie into each of the two chocolates.
I decorate the cookies as follows to distinguish which cookie is inside the chocolate coating.
The Ritz cookies are decorated with a green holly leaf and 1-3 red berries.
The Oreo is decorated with a snowflake.... blue on the white choc and white on the dark.
Could also decorate with a Christmas tree or a star...
