3 eggs, beaten lightly
3 Tbsp. milk
2 cups sugar
¼ cup flour
¾ tsp. nutmeg
4 cups rhubarb (if using frozen make sure it has been thawed and drained)
2 unbaked pie crusts

Directions:

Mix together first 5 ingredients. Place rhubarb in pie shell and pour mixture over top. Put on top crust, flute, cut several slits on top and bake 1 hour @ 350º.

Grandma would double this recipe and make it in 13x9 pan (slab pie) with her homemade crust.
