3-4 cups pecans
1 egg white, slightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon

Instructions:
Place egg white and nuts in a large bowl.

Rub egg white all over nuts till well coated. I use a spoon to stir.

Mix remaining ingredients and pour over nuts.

Stir till well coated.

Shake off excess sugar and cinnamon and spread on baking sheet.

Bake at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes or till crisp and dry.
