1 c. creamy peanut butter
½ c. sugar
¼ c. light brown sugar
1 large egg
½ tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
⅓ chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Line cookie sheet of parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.

In large mixing bowl add peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, baking soda and salt. Stir with a wooden spoon until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.

Use a medium cookie scoop or you can use spoonful of batter and roll in palm of hands. Place 12 cookies per cookie sheet. Balls should be about size of golf ball.

Use hand to press down top of each cookie to flatten slightly. Just the tops. Don't flatten whole cookie.

Bake 9-11 minutes or until cookies turn light golden brown and they're puffy. Center may look underdone but that's good. They will cook more as they cool.

Allow cookies to cool 10-15 minutes on the warm cookie sheet before removing to cooling rack to cool completely.
