Cinnamon Roll:
2 cups Jiffy baking mix
2/3 C. milk
1/4 C. soft butter
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Frosting:
1 1/2 C. powdered sugar
4 oz. cream cheese softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 425 and grease 8 inch square pan.

Combine baking mix and milk. Blend well. On floured surface, knead approximately 10 times or until dough is no longer sticky to the touch. Roll out to a 15x8 rectangle.

Spread butter on rolled out dough and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Roll up and slice into 1 inch pieces. Place in pan and bake at 425 for 15 to 20 min.

For frosting combine ingredients and mix well. Frost the rolls while still warm.
