Ingredients:
1 1/3 cup flour (the 1/3 cup needs to be heaping)
3/4 cup warm water (105º - 115º or the dough won't rise properly)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons instant/fast yeast

Instructions:
Mix all together until it makes a ball.

If it's too gooey add a small amount of flour at a time. It will be tacky.

Cover with a clean towel and sit in a warm spot in the kitchen for 10 minutes or until it rises.

Line pan with parchment paper and roll out dough to desired shape. This will take some time; be patient.

Top with sauce and ingredients of choice.

Bake for 425º for 15-25 minutes or till dough is done in the middle.

Personal Notes:
This recipe does well doubled.

I think the pan grandma uses is a 9x11 sheet pan/cookie sheet.
