Wonton wrap squares
Cream cheese
water or egg whites
oil

Directions:
You can find wonton wrap squares in the asian or salad section of your grocery store (often by the tofu section).

Take a single wonton wrap and place a small spoonful of cream cheese in the middle of the wrap. Dampen the edges of the wrap with water or egg whites and fold the wrap first into a triangle. Then fold the side corners of the triangle up to the top corner so all corners are together. Gently press all the edges together to keep the cream cheese in.

Heat a skillet of oil. It's ready when you can splash a bit of water from your hands into the skillet and the oil sizzles. Place the folded wontons in the oil and cook them in the oil until both sides are golden brown and crunchy. Remove them from oil and serve warm.

Can serve with Sweet and Sour sauce, Soy Sauce, or whatever you'd like and tastes good!

Don't worry if you burn your first few or cannot seem to fold the wontons right. It takes practice.

Enjoy!
