2 pkg (3 oz) orange Jello
2 c boiling water
1 pt orange sherbet
1 11 oz Mandarin oranges, undrained
1 1/2 c cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jello into boiling water. Add sherbet, oranges, and cold water. Pour into ring mold. Chill till set. To unmold, set pan into warm water for a few seconds till Jello is loose. Invert onto a nice plate, fill center with Ambrosia Fruit Salad. This may also be served alone. In that case you don't need to put it into a ring mold, but into a nice serving bowl, then chill.
