3/4 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup crushed Saltines (18 crackers)
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper (optional: Grandma added green pepper to things to 'spice things up'...LOL
2 eggs
1 bay leaf - crushed
3/4 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp Dried Thyme
1/4 Tsp Dried Marjoram
1/4 Tsp black pepper

Top with: 1/4 cup ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray loaf pan or baking dish with Pam.
Combine all ingredients in bowl, except for ketchup. Mix ingredients thoroughly.
Place in loaf pan or baking dish and even/smooth mixture out.
Top mixture with ketchup.
Bake for 1 hour.
