Dry pasta (enough for two servings)
1/3 c peanut butter
1/4 c hot water
1 tbsp Braggs or soy sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sugar
3 c broccoli, in bite-sized pieces
1/2 c peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the pasta. While it is cooking, in a small bowl whisk together the peanut butter and hot water until smooth. Stir in the Braggs (or soy sauce), Worcestershire sauce, garlic, cayenne, salt, pepper, and sugar. Set aside. When the pasta is almost done, add the broccoli to the pasta and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. Drain and return to pot. Pour in peanut sauce and toss well. Garnish with chopped peanuts.
