6 eggs
2 C sugar
2 C crisco
8 oz milk
2 tsp vanilla
4 Tbsp baking powder
5 lbs flour

Mix eggs and sugar together
Add other ingredients
Knead dough. Keep moist
Cut pieces of dough and make one inch by 10 inch logs
cut into balls then roll out into ropes and form biscotti
Roll dough out flat for Christmas cookies
Bake 400 º 10-15 min til slightly brown

You can cut this recipe in 1/2 and still get plenty of cookies
I sprinkle them with confectioners sugar or make a vanilla glaze
