3 avocados

jalapenos, optional

Directions:
Directions:
in a 9 x 13 inch pan, layer the following ngredients:

First Layer: Mix 2 cans of refried beans with 1 package of Taco Seasoning. (You can also use bean dip instead of the refried beans if you prefer.)

Second Layer: Make a guacamole salad using 3 avocados.

Third Layer: Mix 1 cup of sour cream, 1/2 cup of mayonaise, one package of Taco Seasoning and 1/2 cup of chopped green onions.

Fourth Layer: One large can chopped black olives.

Fifth Layer: Chopped tomatoes. I usually chop these ahead of time and let them sit a while and drain off the juice before adding them.

Sixth Layer: Shredded lettuce--enough to cover the entire mixture.

Seventh Layer: Grated cheddar cheese to cover the entire mixture.

Optional: You can add jalapenos on top if desired. I usually put sliced ones on half of it and leave the other without. Also, I only use one tomatoe.

Personal Notes:
Great as a dip and it is also quite filling as a meal or side dish for a meal.
