4 c thinly sliced peeled potatoes
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can (12oz) evaporated milk
1 large onion, sliced
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 c chopped cooked ham

Directions:
Directions:
In slow cooker combine all ingredients, except ham and mix well. Cover and cook on high 1 hour. Stir in ham, reduce heat to low and cook 6 to 8 hours longer or until potatoes are tender.
