5 c. cider vinegar
3 c. sugar
½ c. olive oil; may use a little more
1 small jar prepared mustard
1 c. onions, sliced fine
½ box pickling spice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook fish in salt water 1 or 2 minutes (1 c. salt to 4 quarts water)

2. Pour hot over fish. Let set 2 or 3 days
