Meat Sauce
2 pkg pepperoni Chopped
1 lg green pepper chopped
1 red pepper chopped
1 lg onion diced
1 jar chopped pimento
1 can mushrooms chopped
1 lg can stewed tomatoes
2 lbs hamburger meat
1 pound pork
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
3 bay leaves (remove after 1 hour)
3 or 4 cans tomato sauce ( 8 oz )
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon tabasco hot sauce
1 lg garlic clove diced
small jar stuffed green olives chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Chop all ingredients and place in large pot. Add tomatoes sauce and start to simmer.
Brown meats, drain fat, add to sauce mixture. Simmer slowly about 4 hours the longer it simmer, the better it gets! Serve over spaghetti. Freezes well if too much left.
