Ingredients: 2 eggs 1-1/3 cup butter flavored Crisco 1 TBSP baking soda 1 TBSP baking powder 1 TBSP salt 3/4 cup sugar 1 cup dark brown sugar 1 TBSP vanilla 1/8 cup water 2.5 cups flour Semi sweet chocolate chips Milk chocolate chocolate chips

Directions:Preheat ovento 350 degrees, put baking tray in oven to preheat. I use a pizza stone to bake the cookies on. If you choose to use one, that needs to be up to 350 degrees at the start. Beat up the EGGS then add the BUTTER FLAVORED CRISCO and beat that till creamy. Then add the FLOUR and mix with a wooden spoon till kinda mixed so it doesn't fly all over the place when you beat it with the mixer. Beat all ingredients in mixer till nice and creamy. . Remove from mixer and add all the chips you want...half MILK CHOCOLATE and half SEMI SWEET. Remove baking tray or stone from the oven and spoon the cooking dough onto the tray. I use a small melon baller for consistent size. Bake for 10 minutes and check the cookies. They should be just slightly brown and if you can see the inside of the cookie it should be a little glossy. Bake another minute or two, if need be, however cooking too long will make them too crispy. I very seldom go over 12 minutes in order forthe cookies to remain crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Store in airtight container. OK to freeze. |
