Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Crust:

2 cups all purpose flour packed in cup
1 cup cold salted butter
1/4 tsp orange zest
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Orange Filling:

4 beaten eggs
2 cups white sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 tsp orange zest
1/4 cup orange liqueur (or more orange juice)
1/2 tsp orange extract
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup all purpose flour
Extra powdered sugar to sprinkle on top

Directions:
For the crust:

Place the 2 cups of flour in the bowl of a food processor. Cut each stick of butter into eight pieces and place them on top of the flour. Sprinkle the 1/4 tsp of orange zest on top of the butter. Sprinkle the powdered sugar on top of the orange zest. Process with the steel blade in an on-and-off motion until the resulting mixture looks like coarse cornmeal. Prepare a 9 x 13 inch rectangular cake pan by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray...you could line pan with foil. Spread mixture in the prepared pan and pat it down with your hands. Bake crust at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes while you prepare the filling.

For the filling:

Combine eggs with white sugar. Add the orange juice, zest, liqueur(if using), extract, salt, and baking powder. Mix thoroughly. Add the flour and mix until everything is incorporated. It will be runny. When the crust is baked, remove pan from oven and set on rack to cool. Pour the filling onto the crust and let it sit on hot crust to help filling to stick on the crust. Use potholders to transfer pan to the oven. Bake 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool to room temperature, sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Refrigerate covered until ready to serve. Sprinkle with more powdered sugar right before serving. Cut into brownie sized pieces.
