9×13 pan cornbread, crumbled
4-6 pieces of bread, torn up
3 celery stalks, chopped
1 onion, chopped
Sage, salt, and pepper to taste
Chicken broth, enough to make moist but not sloppy

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350°. Fry celery and onion in some butter until tender. Mix bread and cornbread. Add veggies. Add Sage, salt, and pepper. If you have giblets, boil until done. Use this broth, plus more chicken broth as needed. Bake covered for 1 hour or until not jiggly.
