1 lb. baked beans
½ lb. bacon, cut in small pieces
2 cups stock
1½ tsp. salt
½ cup molasses
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
½ tsp. dry mustard
3 stalks celery, diced
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup ketchup
1 onion, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the beans in water overnight. Simmer in fresh water for one hour. Drain, reserving 2 cups of the stock. Fill bean pot with beans, bacon, and mix the rest of the ingredients together. Pour stock over beans using enough to cover the beans. Bake with a lid on for three hours at 325°F. Stir once in a while and keep the beans moist during baking by adding more stock if needed.
