1 c. white sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract

1. Beat the egg thoroughly and slowly add sugar

2. Mix well, stir in the peanut butter and vanilla

3. Form into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet, press down with fork

4. Bake at 350º for approximately 10 minutes
