1 kilo of 00 flour
400 grams of lard or butter
400 grams of sugar
1 grated lemon
1 pkg of Italian baking powder
1 pkg of vanilla
4 eggs
Pinch of salt
Milk enough to form a soft dough

Directions:
Directions:
In Mixer add flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla 4 eggs, and a pinch of salt and mix until combined. Add lard or butter and the grated lemon. Mix adding enough milk until the dough holds together in a ball.

Shape into a twist dip in sugar, and Bake at 350F or 325F in a static oven
