4 cups of chopped broccoli
1 10 oz can of cream of chicken soup
1 cup of mayonnaise (you know.....only best foods)
1/4 cup melted butter
2 large eggs slightly beaten
1/2 medium yellow onion
salt
pepper
1 1/2 cups extra sharp cheddar (Grandma Barbar liked Tillamook)
1/2 sleeve ritz crackers crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350 degrees
Steam broccoli until fork tender @ 5 minutes, chop into bite size pieces
Mix well in a bowl with soup, mayo, butter, eggs, onion, salt & pepper.
Add 3/4 cup of cheddar cheese & mix again
Pour into an 8x8 sprayed pan
Top with remaining 3/4 cup of cheddar cheese and ritz crackers
Bake for 30 minutes or until top is golden and cheese is bubbly

I always double this and put in a 9x13 pan, the kids LOVE this dish and it holds a very special place in their heart...........Thanks Grandma Barbar, we still miss and love you sooooooo much.
