Granny's Christmas Cookies Recipe

6 eggs
2 sticks margarine
3 cups sugar
7 oz pet milk
1 oz vanilla
1 oz almond
5# bag of self rising flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs... add sugar, gradually to make sure eggs and sugar mix. Cut margarine into 1/4" cubes and add to egg/sugar mixture. Beat until creamy.
(Mix the rest by hand)
Pour egg mixture into a large bowl. Add vanilla, almond and pet milk, mix well.
Add flour a cup full at a time until mixture is of consistency to roll out to cut with cookie cutters (about 3# of the flour).
Roll out about 1/3 of the mixture at a time. put some flour down to roll the down on to stop from sticking.
Bake at 375º on greased cookie sheet for about 10 minutes.

Granny always rotated her pans of cookies from top rack to bottom rack - 5 minutes on top/5 on the bottom.
