1 cup granulated sugar
1 T. orange zest
2 large egg whites
1 tsp. almond extract
2 1/2 cups almond flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put sugar and orange zest in food processor and blend for 1 minute.
Beat egg whites and extract till foamy in a small bowl.
Put sugar mixture along with flour in mixing bowl and mix.
Add egg whites and mix altogether.
Make small balls the size of a walnut. Roll in10x sugar to coat. Flatten a little.
Bake on parchment covered cookie sheet for 15 minutes in 350 degree oven.
