3/4 c margarine
1 bell pepper
1 1/2 lbs crawfish tails
1/2 lbs velveeta cheese cubed
1 clove garlic minced
Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 medium onions chopped
2 Tbs flour
2 Tbs dried parsley
1/2 pint half & half
1 tsp chow chow
1/2 lb cooked fettuccine
Salt, red & black pepper to taste

Directions:
Melt margarine in pan, add onion & bell pepper. Cook covered until tender. 15-20 minutes
Add flour, parsley and crawfish. Cook 10-12 min covered, stirring often. Add cream, cheese, garlic and seasoning. Cover and cook on low heat 30 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
Add cooked fettuccine, blend thoroughly. Pour into 3 quart casserole dish sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 15 min.

(For extra spices, use jalapeņo velvetta cheese)
