Ingredients: 1 C Graham cracker crumbs (apox. 11 crackers) 1 C Saltine cracker crumbs (approx. 36 crackers) ⅓ C sugar 1 stick of butter (½ C)
Filling: 2 pkg instant vanilla pudding 2 C milk 1 quart butter pecan or butter brickle ice cream Cool Whip

Directions:Crust: Mix the cracker crumbs and sugar together in a 9x13 pan Melt the butter and stir into the crumb mixture Press into to bottom of the pan covering the entire surface Filling: Pour pudding packet into a mixing bowl and add milk Mix completely on low with an electric mixer Add scoops of ice cream and mix together slowly Once it is completely mixed pour over your crust and refrigerate for several hours or overnight until set Top with Cool whip topping |

Notes: You can change the flavor of pudding and / or ice cream to whatever you prefer Some people like to sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of the whipped topping You can also put it in the freezer so it sets up faster
