Already made angel food cake
1 pint cream (2 cups)
1/3 cup cocoa
2/3 cup icing sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Put cream into a bowl with cocoa and icing sugar and do not stir. Put in fridge and chill for 1 1/2 hours. Whip and put it on the cake and cover cake. Cover so no air gets in. Put it in the fridge for 4-5 hours or overnight is best
To ice cake, cut cake into two layers (3 if it’s homemade or a denser angle cake)
