2 Cup Milk
3/4 Cups Sugar
2 Tablespoons Flour
3 Tablespoons Cornstarch
3 Egg Yolks
Dash of Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 Tablespoon Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, cornstarch and sugar. Gradually pour in milk. Cook on burner over low heat until thick. Gradually add egg yolks. Cook for 1 minute. Take off heat, add salt, vanilla and butter. Add bananas or coconut. Pour into pie crust and chill.
