1 c. oleo
2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 envelopes Knox gelatin
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 t. vinegar
1 t. vanilla
pinch of salt
food coloring
coconut

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix oleo, flour & powdered sugar like you would a pie crust.
2. Pat into 2 7x11 pans
3. Bake at 350 15-20 minutes
4. Dissolve 2 envelops of gelatin in 1/2 c. cold water
5. Let set
6. Dissove sugar in boiling water
7. Bring to roiling boil for 1 minute
8. Remove from stove and add gelatin mixture, vinegar, vanilla, salt
9. Cool 1/2 hour
10. Use mixer beat at top speed until looks like meringue, 12-15 minutes
11. Tint with food coloring & pour into crust.
12. Sprinkle coconut over top
13. Cut into squares
