2 lb lean ground beef
10 oz frozen chopped spinach
1 lb mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp basil
1 egg
1 c Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Salt and pepper as desired

Directions:
Directions:
Remove as much liquid as possible from the spinach. Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl. Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Form a loaf, place in pan and bake at 350 for 90-120 minutes. Take out of the oven and let sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
