1- 11 oz bag of butterscotch chips
1- 11 oz bag of semi-sweet chips
1- 12 oz bag of chow mein noodles

Directions:

1. Line a baking sheet or counter with wax paper, parchment or silicone mat

2. In a large bowl, combine butterscotch chips & chocolate chips. Microwave at 50%for 1 minute. Stir. Continue in 30 second intervals stirring between until chips are melted

3. Stir in the noodles until well coated

4. Quickly scoop about 1/4 cup of the mixture onto the lined sheet or counter. Let set about 2 hours for the cookies to harden. Add to an airtight container to store for up to 2 weeks.
