1 1/2 lbs pork ribs
1 qt sauerkraut
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork ribs on all sides, then add 1 quart sauerkraut and some water. Simmer for 45 minutes, watching so its doesn't boil dry. If you don't want your kraut cooking that long add it later. I like cooking it that long as it adds flavor. If you like, serve with mashed potatoes.
