9 c Chex rice cereal
1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c peanut butter
1/4 c butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Pour cereal into large bowl; set aside. Heat chocolate, peanut butter, and butter in saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently until melted. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal in bowl stirring until evenly coated. Shake 1 cup of powdered sugar on top of the cereal and carefully fold in. Spread onto waxed paper in a single layer. Shake the remaining 1/2 cup of powdered sugar on top. Allow the cereal to cool.

Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
