10-12 medium size sweet potatoes
1 pack of regular dish pie crust
2 oz bottle vanilla extract
1.1 oz of nutmeg
1 stick of salted sweet butter
2 lb of flour
14 oz of sweetened can condensed milk
16 oz can of granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sweet potatoes for 1 hour on medium high( or until tender)
Drain Sweet potatoes
Set aside in the fridge for 30 minutes to cool
Peel sweet potatoes
Place them into bowl
Add 1 stick of softened butter
1/2 cup of sugar
3 table spoons of vanilla extract
1/4 cup of flour
1/4 cup of condensed milk
Mix together( You can use a mixer or a spoon)
Make sure there are no potato lumps
Test Taste! If Sweet enough Great! Not? Add a little more sugar
Remove pie crust from package
Preheat oven to 390º
Pour pie batter into crust
Smooth out
Sprinkle nutmeg
bake for 1 hour (until bubbling and browned)
Remove
set aside for cooling
enjoy
