6 apples
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Peel 6 apples (about 2 pounds), cut into 8 equal parts. Place apples in parallel rows as close as possible, in a greased 8 x 12 pan. Mix together sugar, cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples. Put flour, butter, brown sugar in bowl. Cut until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over and between apples. Pat to make a smooth surface. Bake 30 minutes in 425 degree oven. Serve either warm or cool.
