1 c. Shortening
1 c. Sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
3 1/4 c. flour
1 t. Baking Powder
1 t. Baking Soda
1 t. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Cream Shortening & sugar.
Add eggs, & vanilla.
Blend flour, salt, Baking Powder and Soda.
Alternate flour and sour cream to creamed mixture.
Chill mixture.
Roll out dough and use cookie cutters for the shapes.
Put parchment paper on cookie sheet.
Put cookie shapes on sheet and bake 10 minutes until lightly browned.
Cool
Ice cookies
