2 egg whites, whipped
200 grams almond meal or grounded almonds
200 grams powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp almond extract

Directions:

Carefully mix powdered sugar with whipped egg whites. Add other ingredients and combine. Scoop the dough to make balls and roll each ball in powdered sugar. Align them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper ( slightly press an almond on top of each ball, if you like). Bake at 170*C for about 15 minutes. Time may vary from oven to oven. Enjoy!
